Group size: Each Tuk-Tuk seats up to 4 people. For larger groups, please book more than one vehicle.
Weather conditions: Tours run in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
Itinerary changes: Routes may vary due to street closures or public demonstrations on the day of the tour.
Punctuality: The tour starts on time. If customers arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from the tour duration, and the route may be adjusted. Delays of more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation without a refund.

MEETING POINT

Meet your guide in our store, at the main floor at the parking lot located at Carrer Diputació 338. We will be waiting for you!

Your punctuality it's essential, we recommend being ready 5 minutes before the activity starts.

The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make some stops depending on the chosen tour. Stops during the Tour:
- 60-minute tour: no stops included
- 90-minute tour: includes 1 stop
- 120-minute tour: includes 2 stops
- 180 & 240-minute tours: include additional stops at major landmarks
Luggage and bulky items: Tuk-Tuks do not have storage space and cannot carry strollers or suitcases, but we’ll provide you a secure space to leave your personal belongings.
Winter comfort: In colder months, tuk-tuks are equipped with protective covers for wind and rain, along with blankets to keep passengers warm.
